Houseboat Dockage Agreement: DRAFT-Final Revision

On June 24 and August 17, 2020, DPRA provided revisions of the proposed houseboat agreement from Suntex. As part of the process, DPRA and Suntex solicited feedback and worked to create a new revision. Click here for the redline version and click here for the clean version of the latest revision. The clean version of the proposed houseboat agreement will be presented to DPRA Board of Control for approval on Thursday, November 12, 2020 at 1:00pm via Zoom Webinar. Primitive camping along the lakeshore, known as Dispersed Area Camping, is a unique and popular activity that allows Don Pedro Lake campers to travel by boat and set up camp along the water’s edge in primitive locations.
